Description

The Group Revenue Analyst is responsible for supporting the achievement of flyadeal’s commercial and revenue targets related to group business. The role works closely with Commercial, Revenue Management, Sales Support, and Customer Engagement Centre (CEC) teams to optimise group pricing, enhance reporting and data analysis, improve processes and systems, and maximise revenue opportunities—particularly during peak periods such as Umrah and Hajj seasons.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Maximise group revenue in line with approved commercial objectives.
  • Provide timely and accurately priced quotations for group requests, ensuring full visibility of quotation status.
  • Track, document, and monitor all group quotations to support revenue optimisation and performance analysis.
  • Develop insightful commercial and revenue reports using historical and live data to improve conversion rates and revenue outcomes.
  • Analyse route performance and competitor activity within group markets and present recommendations to maximise route profitability.
  • Continuously analyse booking and pricing data to improve revenue efficiency.
  • Coordinate with Group Desk, CEC, and Sales Support teams to monitor response times and sales conversion performance.
  • Analyse seasonality, competition, and customer segments related to group requests and provide data-driven recommendations.
  • Support compliance with F3 policies and ensure group-related SOPs, templates, and fare matrices are reviewed and updated regularly.
  • Manage group handling processes from a Revenue Management perspective, including email communication and system updates.
  • Develop advance working plans for peak demand periods such as Umrah and Hajj to maximise revenue outcomes.
  • Contribute to the commercial roadmap by supporting the development and implementation of new revenue initiatives aligned with airline objectives.


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Science, Mathematics, Economics, or a related discipline.
  • Previous experience in revenue management, commercial analysis, or a similar analytical role is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Understanding of the airline industry and the Middle East travel market.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills.
  • Ability to plan, organise, and manage multiple priorities.
  • Sound judgement with strong analytical and decision-making capability.
  • Good negotiation and stakeholder influencing skills.
